Documentation Received: - Claim has been submitted with Documentation

Submitted - Claim has been submitted without Documentation

Incomplete - Claim submission cannot be processed due to unusable documentation; please resubmit

Approved - Claim submission has been approved

Declined - Claim submission is not valid

Payment In Process - Claim is approved and pending release

Paid - Payment has been mailed (physical cards) or e-mailed (virtual cards)
