My Reward Submission

Why is my email address required in order to register?

We will email you about the status of your submission, including if it has been approved or if more information is needed.

Why am I not receiving emails?

Please add rewards@bbmail.mypet.com to your contacts or safe senders list to ensure you receive our email communication about the status of your submission. Please note, this is a no-reply email address.

What information should my veterinarian include on my invoice for a proof of purchase?

The below details should be included and clearly visible on your invoice:

  • Purchase of BRAVECTO®, Activyl®, and/or Tri-Heart Plus®
  • Number of doses purchased
  • Pet name
  • Pet owner name (this needs to match the name on your rebate submission)
  • Veterinary clinic name
  • Purchase date

How do I submit my code online for a reward?

  • Visit the Rewards.MyPet.com website to register your code and purchase information.
  • Enter the rewards code you received from your veterinary clinic and select the appropriate product offer based on your purchase.
  • Submit information about you and your purchase.
  • Upload a copy of your invoice for fastest processing or mail it in with your coversheet.
  • Receive an email when your submission has been reviewed.

How do I upload my invoice?

  • Visit the Rewards.MyPet.com website to register your code and purchase information.
  • Enter the rewards code you received from your veterinary clinic and select the appropriate product offer based on your purchase.
  • Submit information about you and your purchase.
  • Select invoice “Upload” for fastest processing.
  • Click “Browse” to attach your detailed invoice to your submission.

Can I upload more than one invoice/purchase at a time?

You can only upload one attachment per submission. Your invoice can be multiple pages, however, only one attachment can be used.

If I upload my qualifying invoice, will I receive a reward more quickly than if I mailed my invoice?

Electronically uploaded submissions are processed more quickly than mailed invoice submissions, because they do not require time to be mailed to the processing center.

I’ve uploaded my invoice, when should I receive my reward?

You should receive an email once your submission has been reviewed. Please allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks for rebate check delivery. Please note, Merck Animal Health reserves the right to change or withdraw the program at any time.

I chose to mail my invoice, when should I receive my reward?

Please allow time for USPS delivery of your mailed invoice to the processing center. You should receive an email once your submission has been reviewed. Please allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks for rebate check delivery. Please note, Merck Animal Health reserves the right to change or withdraw the program at any time.

How can I find a status of my reward?

You will receive an email once your submission was reviewed and processed.

How much will I get for a reward?

Please see below for the offers dependent on your BRAVECTO®(fluralaner), Activyl®, and/or Tri-Heart Plus® (ivermectin/pyrantel) purchase:

  • $15 for two (2) doses of BRAVECTO® (fluralaner)
  • $35 for four (4) doses of BRAVECTO
  • $15 for six (6) doses of Activyl® or Activyl® Tick Plus
  • $35 for twelve (12) doses of Activyl or Activyl Tick Plus
  • $5 for twelve (12) doses of Tri-Heart® Plus (ivermectin/pyrantel)
  • $25 for two (2) doses of BRAVECTO, in addition to twelve (12) doses of Tri-Heart Plus
  • $50 for four (4) doses of BRAVECTO, in addition to twelve (12) doses of Tri-Heart Plus
  • $20 for six (6) doses of Activyl or Activyl Tick Plus, in addition to twelve (12) doses of Tri-Heart Plus
  • $40 for twelve (12) doses of Activyl or Activyl Tick Plus, in addition to twelve (12) doses of Tri-Heart Plus

Do the rebate checks expire?

Yes, rebate checks will expire 120 days after they have been issued (date printed on check).

Where do I mail my invoice?

If you have already registered, you may return to Rewards.MyPet.com to enter your rewards code and validate your contact information. You can then print the mail-in coversheet to send us your detailed invoice via USPS mail delivery. Please include your rewards code when mailing in your detailed invoice. If you have multiple submissions, please submit an invoice for each rewards code that was registered.

I made a mistake while making my submission, how do I fix this?

I have more than one pet, does the purchase have to be made for the same pet?

No, purchases do not have to be made for the same pet and can be combined with other qualifying pet purchases.

My Information and Privacy

How will my information be used? Do you share my information?

Your information will only be used to administer the MyPet Rewards Program as it relates to facilitating and communicating your reward submissions and status. We will never sell or lease your contact information to third parties.
