The Steps You Need to Take:

1. Purchase one of the above products or product combinations from your participating veterinary clinic, and you'll receive a Rewards Code from your veterinarian to register online. Be sure to receive one Rewards Code for each purchase, per pet. If you have more than one pet, you should receive one Rewards Code for each pet's doses. All purchases must be made between April 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016.

2. Register at rewards.mypet.com by following these steps for each pet:

  • Enter your Rewards Code.
  • Enter your pet and veterinarian information (clinic name, ZIP code, and state)
  • Upload or mail the detailed invoice from your veterinarian.

3. Receive an email when your reward is processed, updating you on the status of your Reward Check. Rewards checks are typically received within 4 to 6 weeks.

Additionally, you may sign up to receive monthly email reminders for when to administer/apply BRAVECTO, Activyl/Activyl Tick Plus, and Tri-Heart Plus to your pet. Sign up at www.mypet.com/reminders.
